Welcome to Mis Pintas! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our stylist and color analyst services. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

We provide personal styling, color analysis, wardrobe consultation, and related services. Some of these Services are available both in-person and virtually, depending on your location and preference.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via paytm or google pay.
A non-refundable deposit of [100 % of the amount] is required to secure your appointment.
Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the start of the service.
Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will be communicated to you before your booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full amount.
You may reschedule once per booking if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
Refunds for services are only issued if we cancel the appointment and are unable to reschedule it within a reasonable time frame.

5. Use of Information

Any personal information shared with us during consultations will be kept confidential.
We may use anonymized data from sessions for marketing or promotional purposes, but only with your consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

Our color and styling services are personalized based on your preferences and our expertise. However, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for implementing the advice provided during consultations.

7. Client Conduct

We strive to offer a positive and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate or disrespectful behavior during consultations.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during consultations, including color palettes, style guides, and reports, are the intellectual property of Mis Pintas (Marcela Londono). These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and effective advice, Mis Pintas is not liable for any dissatisfaction, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fee paid for the service.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
